Robert B. Kargbo, Ph.D., is an accomplished medicinal chemist and CMC leader with over 20 years of experience across pharmaceutical R&D, including medicinal chemistry, process chemistry, and drug development. He has contributed to the advancement of numerous drug candidates from discovery to clinical development, including FDA-approved treatments for postpartum depression. Dr. Kargbo currently serves as CMC and Nonclinical Project Lead at the Usona Institute, guiding programs in psychedelic therapeutics, process development, and regulatory submissions. His expertise spans regulatory compliance, analytical chemistry, formulation, and leadership of high-performing R&D teams.
