Biography

Zhen Lu, Independently led research investigating the regulatory function of Ch25h on tumor induced CD8+ T cells trogocytosis in tumor microenvironment. Cell Metabolism (2022).

• Identified tumor-derived factors (PGE2, Vegf165 or TEVs) regulating Atf3 and Ch25h expression and verify Atf3 regulate Ch25h expression in CD8+ T cells.

• Ch25h and its product 25-HC downregulation exacerbated CTLs trogocytosis in vitro and vivo through deactivating Liver X Receptor.

• Inducing/storing Ch25h expression in CTLs or CAR T cells through small molecule inhibitor (TAK981) or Ch25h overexpression promoted CTLs survival and antitumor efficacy.
