Biography

He has a degree in biomedicine from the State University of Londrina (1987), a master's in Microbiology from the State University of Londrina (2001), and a PhD in microbiology from the State University of Londrina (2007). He is currently a researcher at Brazilian Agricultural Research Corporation, Brazil. He has worked as an immunology professor at the State University of Northern Paraná. He has served as an external 'ad hoc' advisor at the State University of Londrina in extension projects. He has experience in the field of Immunology, with an emphasis on Cellular Immunology, mainly working on the following topics: macrophages, concanavalin A, public health, animal health, neutrophils, and phagocytic cells.
