Biography

I am a postdoctoral microbiologist and bioinformatician, working on the Human Gut Microbiome and host-microbiome interactions Molecular approaches, Bioinformatic tools, and predictive modelling algorithms. I have expertise in microbiology and molecular techniques as well as biological statistical analysis, data mining and visualization, and developing Linux-based pipelines and large-scale omics/biological data including whole-genome bacterial and metagenomic data. I am so passionate and hard-working scientist with great teamwork and communication skills in the research field.
