Neodymium:YAG laser posterior capsulotomy in the lateral decubitus position
Here we report a novel method of performing a Neodyminium:YAG (Nd:YAG) laser posterior capsulotomy in an adult patient, unable to tolerate the procedure awake with topical anaesthesia in the outpatient clinic setting.
