We, the Editorial Board Members of Journal of Radiation Research and Imaging (JRRI) are excited to introduce the First edition of 2023 to our passionate researchers and upcoming academicians. This issue is dedicated towards publishing break-through research studies in the field of Radiation Research and Imaging. This journal includes authors and readers as clinicians at all levels including trainees, specialists and consultant radiologists and scientists. High quality original research articles and timely reviews on current developments in the field of science and research is our forte.

JRRI is an open-access scientific journal that publishes original research papers, review articles, and short communications on all aspects of radiation and imaging. It warmly welcomes subjects related to radiation physics, radiation protection and quality assurance. It may also accept studies involving radiological machines, new advancements in radiation technology, advanced training, innovative concepts and collaborative medical education.

Articles published in this journal are available for open online access soon after publication. This decision is based upon our ideology to make the availability and access of science and technology content hassle-free and convenient for all blooming researchers.

The principal purpose of this journal is to develop a platform for the submission of papers stating recent advances and developments in the field of radiology in medicine and biology. It is not restricted to, interventional radiology, radiation oncology, nuclear medicine, diagnostic radiology, radiation physics and radiation biology. It also approves subjects encompassing industrial and technical innovations.

We believe and hope that all young researchers in varied fields of radiology developing unique concepts and new ideologies in their respective expertise will come forward and submit their valuable, exceptional and innovative papers and studies to our journal.
